ARSENE WENGER has laid down the gauntlet to Arsenal to finish the season strongly and pip Everton to fourth spot.
The Gunners kept to their end of bargain when they swept aside West Ham in a 3-1 victory at the Emirate on Tuesday.
They
were then handed a massive boost in the race for fourth when Everton
crashed to a surprise 3-2 defeat at home to Crystal Palace last night.
And Wenger hasn’t understated the importance of the final stretch of fixtures and believes it is important they focus on their own performances.
“We are in a period where every game has a big impact on rest of the season,” Wenger said.
